I honestly don’t know how anyone can top Ashleigh and her team. I don’t think I went to the bar once my whole reception because every time my ice melted or drink got low, Ashleigh was right there with a fresh one! She did this for my husband, best man, and parents too! All the guest just loved her fun personality and how they would remember peoples orders and get them out so quickly! We even ran out of one our signature cocktails and she went to the store for us to get more. I would 1000% recommend her for any and all events. She was so fun and easy to work with. She answered all my questions leading up to the day and just crushed it!

Ashleigh was incredible to work with. She not only helped arrange our rentals and provided a team of wonderful folks to staff our wedding of 140, but she was so easy to communicate with, proactive, warm, kind, responsible, and knowledgeable that we asked her to day-of-coordinate our wedding, as well. We were planning our wedding from across the country, and Ashleigh was proactive in gathering the information she needed to fill any planning gaps, was available for dialogue on outstanding decisions we needed to make, and made available resources including checklists to help us get ready for the event. I don’t really know where the line gets drawn around how early day-of-coordinators get involved, but she made it her business to make sure she was prepared for this tremendous party, and that it would go smoothly. She also stepped up to help out with some last minute tasks as we were pretty overwhelmed in the days leading up to the wedding. Overall, Ashleigh was wonderful to work with - she was flexible, responsive, and respectful, and the big smile that I now know characterizes her never left her face. We ended up having to switch things up a bit as a summer storm rolled in right as our outdoor ceremony was supposed to start, and Ashleigh rolled with the change, and her team helped moved things under the tent quickly, and the party ended up being amazing! Ashleigh kept us on track and made sure that everything materialized as we needed for a great wedding - I can’t recommend her more highly.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashleigh and her team for a wedding at Renback Barn on 11/1. Not only is Ashleigh a fantastic communicator, but her and her team members are great at working together as a team with all the vendors to execute a flawless wedding day! We appreciate everything her team did from set up, cocktail hour charcuterie, post-dinner cleanup, and end of the night breakdown. We couldn't have done it without them, and moving forward, I have added them to my vendor list because I don't know how I've been able to do weddings without them until now!!! I highly recommend Classie Sassie Mixerz to anyone in need of wedding day services!

Our wedding was this past weekend, & our day-of coordinator, Ashleigh, was absolutely amazing! From the moment she arrived, she was ready to execute our day flawlessly. Her attention to every single detail was absolutely incredible. Nothing was overlooked.
She went above & beyond to make sure not only my husband & I had everything we could possibly need, but also that our family & guests were well taken care of. She truly made the entire day run seamlessly & stress-free. She also handled the bartending, & the service was amazing — fast, friendly, & so efficient!
Even the owners of our venue couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful she was! We all absolutely adored Ashleigh. She is the best!

I can say sooo many great things about Ashleigh and her business! She is so easy to work with and to get in contact with. We first used her at my parents anniversary party 5 years ago and I have to say, from that day forward she has been our go-to. She bartends all of our events including my wedding and my sisters wedding and more. I’ve had several friends hire her. There’s just no one better than Ashleigh. She’s friendly, she goes above and beyond, she knows her way around a bar, she makes fantastic drinks, she cleans up after herself. She is just amazing! We look forward to hiring her again and again!

We had Ashleigh as our day of coordinator and the day
honestly could not have run smoother. As a type B human,
she kept me on task with what I needed to be doing months before our wedding. She reached out to vendors about a month before and organized a timeline for us. On the day of the wedding, if something went wrong I would have had no idea because she handled it. She check on my husband and I plus
our families throughout the evening and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. She helped with set up
and clean up, gave advice and took control. Our day would
not have been as successful if it wasn’t for her. We are so

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Ashleigh and Classie Sassie Mixerz. Between coordinating, catering, and bartending, they handled so much of our wedding, and somehow still went above and beyond anything we ever could have expected.
From the very first phone call, Ashleigh instantly felt more like a friend than someone I had hired. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful, especially when unexpected challenges come up, and she was honestly one of the only people who kept me sane through the entire process. She took on so much of my stress, constantly reassured me, and always made me feel like everything was going to be okay no matter what was happening behind the scenes.
Although Ashleigh wasn’t able to personally be there on our wedding day, the team she sent was absolutely incredible and such a direct reflection of her — kind, organized, thoughtful, professional, and genuinely caring. Multiple guests went out of their way afterward to tell me how sweet and attentive the staff was throughout the night.
One moment I’ll never forget is Ashleigh taking time out of her already insanely busy schedule to stop by the morning of my wedding just to wish me a perfect day. That small gesture meant more to me than I can explain and perfectly sums up the kind of person she is.
Not only was everything delicious and beautifully handled, but the level of care and heart that Ashleigh puts into her clients is something truly rare. I genuinely cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone else, and I truly hope she stays in my life long after the wedding because she became so much more than just a coordinator to me.
If you are considering Classie Sassie Mixerz for your wedding — book them. It will be one of the best decisions you make.
