Day Of Coordination Services Include:

Complete Wedding Day coordination (10 hours) including: setup & breakdown

Linen, burlap & napkin rental available (additional fee)

Oversee vendor setup of ceremony & reception space (help if needed)

Point of Contact for all vendors (filter questions & approve deliveries)

Setup personal decor, such as card box, toasting flutes, special photos, guest book, place cards, table numbers, seating chart

Assist couple and wedding party as needed before ceremony

Distribute bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres & corsages

Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and ready for ceremony

Orchestrate couples entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet & garter toss and grand exit to adhere to timeline

Collect personal items/gifts and ensure they are with designated person and ready for the end of the night

Start your timeline, floor plan and layouts for your wedding.

Assist in creating a seating chart so you can easily organize table assignments as RSVPs begin to come in.

We’ll manage the flow of your event from start to finish—guiding guests to cocktail hour, ensuring tables are properly set, assisting with escort cards and seating, and coordinating with catering staff.

We’ll greet you after photos with refreshments, help bustle the dress as needed.

Invite guests into the reception, and organize the wedding party and family for introductions.

We’ll cue the band or DJ once guests are seated and provide gentle guidance for key moments like first dances and toasts.

Throughout the evening, we’ll keep everything on schedule—from cake cutting and bouquet or garter toss to favor setup.
